Example Dental East

Dentrix via NexHealth Synchronizer

Provisioning
Provisioning. NexHealth is setting up the connection with your practice. Server-based systems need the Synchronizer installed first. NexHealth is scheduling the Synchronizer install with your office.

What we synced

Nothing yet. The first sync runs once NexHealth finishes provisioning.

Synced from Dentrix

Limits worth knowing

  • Acknowledged is not confirmed. NexHealth accepting a booking isn't the same as your PMS holding it. Anything still unconfirmed shows up in Needs attention.
  • We can only do what it exposes. Some Dentrix rules, like operatory constraints and provider blocks, aren't always visible to us. We stay conservative about what patients can self-book.
  • If NexHealth is down, we can't write. Conversations keep running and we take callbacks, rather than pretending a booking landed.

Danger zone

Disconnecting stops every channel from booking into Example Dental East. Conversations keep working and turn into callbacks.
