ModMed uses a firm-specific subdomain. Enter the prefix and we'll route the OAuth flow through your firm's authorization server.

If your ModMed URL is smilegrove.ema.md, your prefix is `smilegrove`.

You'll be asked to authorize the following on the ModMed login screen:
  • · Read your appointment schedule
  • · Look up patients by name, phone, or DOB
  • · Read recall dates and insurance on file
  • · Create new appointments in operatories you assign
  • · Create new-patient records when the caller opts in
