How this works

  1. 1.You tell NexHealth to expect us. If your practice already uses NexHealth, enter your details below and we attach to your existing tenant. If not, we start the request for you.
  2. 2.NexHealth sets up a dedicated login and a browser extension. You create a Curve Hero user for NexHealth only (not shared with staff), and a Chrome extension goes on every computer your team books from. Allow up to 72 business hours.
  3. 3.We import your offices. Providers, operatories, appointment types and your schedule come across, and CliniVox starts booking into them.

It keeps your schedule in sync, so it goes on every workstation where someone books, reschedules or adds a patient.

NexHealth requires multi-factor authentication to be off on that one dedicated login. Keep it on for your staff accounts.

Nothing syncs until you confirm which offices to import.

What we can see

Your schedule syncs while someone is signed in. Outside those hours we still answer patients, and bookings land once the sync catches up.

We write appointments into the operatories you allow, and create a patient record only when someone new books.

Who holds what

NexHealth holds the connection to Curve Hero. CliniVox holds no Curve Hero credential at all. We identify your practice by its NexHealth handle. NexHealth handles patient data on our behalf under a signed agreement.
